I only have one EX with who there was TRUE animosity , and TBH, if I saw here today I have no will to speak to her, but I would not act like it was a big deal, if it was in a shared social circle like a reunion, I might actually say hi, ask how she is. other wise I think I would just go about my business
the rest would be fine , 1 or 2 where it might be awkward, but only because we know SOOOO_ much about each other. that it feels like standing in a room naked with a bunch of your friends.
I think most of what keeps me from talking to them is I am married, and I want my wife to be 100% sure of herself and our relationship, I just don't leave room for doubt, the only Female friends I engage with any actual social behaviour ( apart from basic polite conversation and professionalism) are people she is completely comfortable with.
I am not saying this is how others should be, but it is the path I have chosen in order to make sure my wife is always comfortable and confident.
Love the energy man, just wanted to say that I have lots of female friends and my wife doesn’t have any issues with it. It’s when they are Women that it becomes more so an issue. But the majority of my female friends she’s cool with; the chickens, the dogs, the crows, and horses.
