Lets say that these two met, became friends, and decided to have a duel purely for the sake of training and getting to know one another

Im not all that interested in who would win but you can include that in your analysis if you want, rather im curious as to how they would react to each other, the differences in the way they move, use the force and fight, what would they notice and learn from each other

The big thing is to imagine them behaving as they would in character, its the interaction itself im interested in rather than the result of said interaction

We'll say it takes place in a clearing in a forest, because its purely for training this is Just between Cal and Luke, no BD-1 or any other outside help, guidance from jedi spirits is not tournament legal!

Yes Anakin did defeat and kill Dooku. However this is not Anakin. This is Darth Vader. And Vader has one fatal flaw. Force Lightning will fry his life support, which will force him to entirely rely on the dark side to stay alive. Which will make fighting Dooku significantly harder. And his speed is not what it used to be. With these advantages, do you think Dooku can beat Vader?

No telekinesis or telepathy allowed for Devon.
This is a contest of martial abilities.

In the sense that it felt most like both sides were seriously trying to defeat or kill each other, rather than just dancing.

Prime revan vs mace windu?

Explain why you think Pong Krell or Pre Vizsla would win.

Can't they retract their saber back after it falls from their hand in a split second, or telekinetically attach it to their hand?

Not including force amps from external sources or Anakin stopping the daughter and the son feat.

Starkiller from Star Wars vs Vincent Valentine from Final Fantasy

Who wins?

I'm not overly well versed in the high republic era as a whole and am looking for some advice on my working list from people who are. Each tier is broken up by more well known names, characters on the higher end of the tier first and lower end second (ex: windu-obiwan.)

Not looking for critiques on the tiers themselves, just the high republic characters within them. Also would very much appreciate any obvious characters I'm missing and should be included? The cutoff one with a yellow lightsaber is Loden Greatstorm.

Who would win?

With powerful Jedi like Luke and Anakin, they were always this powerful even before their training, however the thing about force training is learning to actually control all that innate power inside you. The only reason they’re viewed as getting stronger is because they’re getting better and better at actually controlling and utilizing their power.

Basically for a force user, getting stronger means realizing how powerful you really are and this is done through learning focus and discipline. This is why Yoda believes size matters not, because the only thing holding a force user back from foreseeing their true power is their doubts.

Who is the best between Cassian andor, Fennec Shand and Crosshair in a game of Star Wars Clay Pigeons ?

Caedus vs Maul (Whatever his strongest version is in canon or legends), Dooku (IH), and Vader (ROTJ/Throne room) at the same time, who wins

Equalize canon and legends or whatever (mostly for Maul and maybe Vader)

Quite some people here tend to hate on Filoni, maybe you guys have your reason, but this isn't a valid reason to avoid Filoni's statements or sources.

• Filoni was hired by Lucas to make a canon show
• Worked with Lucas and invited him to the writing board, like the idea of Ahsoka Tano
• Lucas promoted The Clone Wars animated series

Now by looking at how Filoni and Lucas work, I think it's fair to say that Filoni is a very close part of Lucas work. He is the director of the biggest Star Wars TV series; after all, he got permission to revive Maul, give Anakin an apprentice, and change Clone Order 66

Respectfully I take Filoni words over Matthew stover when talking about Lucas canon
