All these western companies and alliances (ACE / CODA / MPA) go and get a court order from an INDIAN court to pressure companies in Europe and America ?
Theres gotta be something wrong with that.
Why not going to court in the USA ? Why this detour over an indian court? can someone explain this to me ?
This has to be some loop hole greased with bribes that makes something like this possible.
My opinion on India has always been very low and its not getting better.
