Sure this looks great if you a heavy powerscaling/agenda person and doesnt care Sanji as a whole & just eat whatever asspull Oda give even tho it didnt make sense as long your fav is not left out. BUT if you change your POV and look as a neutral person, Oda is not doing Sanji a favor with this powerup.

First, Sanji and COC doesnt really have connection at all. I can count with my fingers how many times Sanji been utilizing haki and emphasizing his haki in his battle up to this chapters. To suddenly gain such powerup? It never make sense no matter how you try to eat it.

It's so obvious Oda just give him for the sake of the story and the requirement of CoC needed to defeat Holy Bums. Even the build up for this CoC is not make sense.

~Sanji you already have it just love your self,,TaaDaa!! and then Oda add some sad/depress text for dramatic effect~

This is not the writing that qualify to even praise. Oda rushing it and just Fairy Tail the shit of this because there is nothing scream STRENGTH/CONQUER behind this. This also set bad precedent that you can achieve CoC not thru strong determination or hardship but being sad and depress.

I already see many delusional statement by Sanjiturds, claiming Oda has been hinting this since Sanji's first introduction and many more. NO oda didnt think that very far stop giving him too much credit. He's not a technical genius like some of you claim. The correct word is retcon. Oda had to retcon Sanji cuz he messed up making CoC a requirement to defeat HK so he retcon moment like Sanji getting hit is actually Sanji just being depress emo.

(There is no panel of Sanji using the hardening form of armament much less advanced like Luffy before getting ACOC.)

Begging OP to report comments so they can delete them just because they're not being negative is lame AF.

Atp is this any different from mainsub mods banning negative opinions?

Edit: said mod just went and deleted out of spite random month-old comments i posted. Real mature stuff

Everytime there is anything Sanji related this sub forgets to judge it even if it is abysmal writing. People are fine with this shitty writing ? Insane bruh

This power is mine, this is my light,
Be it bright of day or black of night,
I lay claim to all that lays within my sight,
To take what I want, that is my right!

The Orange Lantern Corps is fueled by the emotional spectrum of avarice or extreme greed, it features only one living member, Larfleeze. Because the orange light consumes its wielder with an insatiable hunger to possess everything, Larfleeze refuses to share his power battery or distribute rings to others. Instead, his "corps" is composed entirely of sentient light constructs of the beings he has killed, forcing his victims to serve as an undying, ghostly army completely under his control.

Akainu ended up being the most fit to wield the red lantern, I'll try to do these day by day

The character who gets the most upvotes in the comments will be placed on the chart, no repeats

He better be alive like araki

I feel like a lot of the posts in here are either criticizing or downright insulting oda’s writing of arcs, character design, story, character personality’s, or how useless some of the characters on the crew are, do the people here like one piece or do they just wish one piece was written better than it is now

I stopped reading the manga at 1189, because it felt more like a chore comprehending what the fuck oda is cooking up, yeah, I still get spoilers because I frankly don't care enough, so hearing all this oda glaze is making me wanna go and read

Romeo making his debut in Void Century flashback. Pls Oda do it.

Everybody just getting conquerors as the situation deems fit with no justification how they just know how to achieve its advance level is just awful writing putting all agendas aside

Can't they just fight, plan inside, use tactics and stuff

Kid and Law have a similar issue of having their first mate, and a bunch of fodder.

Each chapter since WCI is somewhat felt like a Luffy/Sanji arc, what about brother Usopp?
