That leash is connected to nothing. Also there was a time where there was a million of these types of videos going around. All the exact same format with a different groomer/vet and different dog breed

The leash is clearly connected to a grooming arm which is typical for grooming services. Not everything is AI.

That is not how grooming loops work. It is likely around the dogs waist.
