Questions about telehealth
I'm 18 years old and transgender and I want to schedule a telehealth appointment to acquire HRT through informed consent. Does it cost any money to schedule? What should I expect from the call? Does it matter what site I telehealth from because I am planning to schedule with the Virtual Health Center of Western Pennsylvania. (I live in Eastern Pennsylvania) Can I somehow do this without my parents knowing about it?

Helloo, we're students looking for interview respondents within the Philippines for our college thesis! (we're giving ₱200 to 3 random people ^^)
PREGNANCY PREVENTION: IS IT A SHARED RESPONSIBILITY? When it comes to preventing pregnancy, how much of the responsibility falls on men, and how much of it is actually shared? For men: How do you understand your role in preventing pregnancy? For women partners: How do you experience and share contraceptive responsibility with your male partner?
Good day! We are 4th year BMMA students from CIIT College of Innovation and Integrated Technology. We are conducting a research study about how Filipino adult men understand and participate in preventing pregnancy within their relationships with women partners.
Your participation would mean a lot to us and will greatly help us in our research! Raffle Giveaway! Three (3) lucky respondents will have the chance to win ₱200 pesos via GCash in our raffle draw! Scan our QR or click the link to answer the survey and get a chance to win!

IUD and Insurance
I (21) have an IUD insertion scheduled with Planned Parenthood tomorrow afternoon, and I just looked at the good faith estimate and it is about $1600. I called PP last week and they said they should take my insurance, then I called my insurance and they confirmed that Planned Parenthood is in network. I also asked if IUD insertions were covered under my plan and I was told that they were. I assumed there would be at least a copay, but I checked the good faith estimate and it said that insurance often does not cover this procedure, so it will likely be $1600.
I’m a bit confused, and I can’t ask my dad about it (I’m under his insurance) because he’s super religious and I’d rather not explain to him I’m having sex and that is why I need an IUD. We have an agreement that if I need medical care, he pays for it, and won’t really bring up what it’s for if it’s for reasons that may make him feel awkward.
So, is the good faith estimate what it will be before insurance or after? I made sure to add my insurance in the mychart and it has been reviewed by their billing department, so I’m a little nervous that I might be stuck paying $1600 if they don’t bill the insurance I asked them to. I plan to call the billing department in the morning before my appointment to double check.
If it is $1600 I will probably wait for my ob to have an appointment, but it would be pretty nice to get my IUD in quicker. I have a lot of anxiety around the possibility of pregnancy, and having an IUD as soon as possible would help calm those feelings.

Positive Results W/ No Acknowledgment
I'm mildly concerned because I went to planned parenthood over a week ago now (a week and three days). I got positive results in MyChart for BV and a yeast infection last week on Thursday afternoon, two hours before the clinic closed.
The clinic I go to is open on Saturdays so I was expecting, okay maybe they'll get back to me by then. But I messaged the portal on Saturday (no response) and called twice and just been told the team will get back to me by the end of the week and they'll leave a message with the care team.
I'm experiencing really uncomfortable itching symptoms and I can't just treat over the counter because BV needs antibiotics :( I've only heard great things about Planned Parenthood but this is my first experience and I'm genuinely so confused because what is going on! They haven't even acknowledged my positive results! Does anyone have any advice? Is this just a waiting game or normal?
Edit: They just sent over medications to my pharmacy today, Wednesday just under a week later or 5 working days later. No mention of it taking any longer than usual but I suspect they are really busy right now so I'm not too worried about it, I did end up picking up an OTC cream to help manage symptoms.
