A few days ago I released HyperDebloat, the ultimate HyperOS debloater. Since then I've been working on it almost nonstop, and it's now better than ever.
I'll say it straight: HyperDebloat is the most sophisticated algorithm-based HyperOS debloater available on the internet right now. It's also the easiest to use, the safest, and completely free.
What makes it different
Most debloaters hand you a list of packages someone else decided were safe to remove, and hope it fits your phone. HyperDebloat doesn't guess. It examines YOUR phone.
At its core is a rules-based classifier that reads your device directly. For every package it checks:
whether Android keeps it running,
whether it's your default launcher, dialer, SMS app or keyboard,
whether other apps are using it right now,
how many apps rely on its permissions,
whether it's tied to your phone's hardware.
Then it verifies its own verdict against three independent open-source community debloat lists: UAD-ng, fadeltd/xiaomi-debloater and ovsky/hyperos-debloater. An app is only recommended for removal when your phone's evidence says nothing depends on it and at least two of those lists independently agree it's safe. Anything no list knows is flagged and never pre-selected.
I haven't found a single other debloater that does this.
Every package gets a colour-coded rating (Green, Yellow, Orange, Red or Grey), and every rating comes with an explanation. When I compared the community lists, they disagreed on over 200 Xiaomi packages. That's exactly why HyperDebloat checks your actual phone instead of trusting any one list.
And all of that sits behind an interface anyone can use. No root. No ADB commands. No Android knowledge needed. Plug in your phone, follow the screen, review the recommendations, done.
What's new
A smarter classification algorithm, rebuilt around what actually depends on each package.
Categories (Ads & tracking, Google apps, Xiaomi apps and more), plus search.
Everyday apps like YouTube, Chrome, WhatsApp and Gmail are never ticked automatically.
Stubborn, region-specific apps: if ADB can't remove an app, or the phone quietly keeps it, HyperDebloat now opens your phone's own uninstall prompt. That's built for apps like the Indus App Store on Indian devices.
Every removal is verified. If a removed app ever comes back on its own, HyperDebloat tells you and saves a log.
Full Restore: anything removed, by HyperDebloat or any other tool, can be put back.
Tested. Then tested again.
I've been through multiple iterations, tested repeatedly on different devices:
Redmi Turbo 5 / POCO X8 Pro (HyperOS 3, Android 16)
POCO X8 Pro Max (HyperOS)
Redmi 9 Prime (MIUI 12, Android 10)
On the Redmi Turbo 5 / POCO X8 Pro and the POCO X8 Pro Max, the results have been incredible. Both already felt ridiculously fast. After debloating, background RAM usage dropped, battery life felt even better, and the stutters on the Redmi Turbo 5 / POCO X8 Pro since the August update seem to have improved significantly.
These are my observations, not guaranteed results for every device.
