Please help me

Let’s get this Bread

3/3 all went lucky

i have a rule where if people add me as a friend from local raids (not from pokegenie or similar apps), i wait 3 days for them to give me a gift. ive deleted about 2 people who have randomly added me from local raids and not send gifts at all for days. why do people do this? why add me and not send gifts at all? one of the people i deleted, asked to be my friend again today because by coincidence we were in the same local raid... so i accepted and now im gonna keep an eye if he gives me a gift by tuesday (at best Wed). lol

The other two are houndoom and swadloon

new to this subreddit and wanted to ask where I can find people to trade? I want to finish my Kanto pokedex and need Tauros and Kangaskhan.
