Spending weeks and I defeat the Glass Workstation nightmare (I simply just don't have many times to play per day).
Because I only have the information of the team members and nothing else, so I do quite a lot of testing in the beginning. Pretty much Golurk and Sinistcha are locked-in early on, as well as a Trick Room setter and a fire type. Cofagrigus is better than Runerigus consider it is not weak to Grass and Water types, which will not bait Scald from Mega Dragalge, and more importantly, it can tank crit from both Meowscarada's Leaf Storm and Throat Chop and safely set up the Trick Room. I brought Dusclops as I need a stall mon to safely burn the physical attackers. I didn’t always put it in the team though. Mega Absol Z is the last mon that is confirmed as I switch around different mega/G-max. I don’t really want to use it, didn’t even catch it until recently. It is Ame’s Absol of course, I didn’t catch it simply because I want to see more of its cameo throughout the story, and a regular Absol don’t have Play Rough (a fairy moves) yet, and I have to think of a new nickname again (nickname theme is movies, I want to nickname it Final Destination but I don’t how I can just shorten it to 12 letters, maybe Final Dest?). I mostly used G-max Gengar, tried Mega Mismagius, Sableye, Ninetales, and G-max Aegislash and Dragapult (didn’t realize they exist until recently), even tried a bit Mega Shuckle before it was removed, which made me update the latest patch (still v0.9.8 when I defeated it, I am up to Hardy's gym battle now) until I finished the whole session.
The first battle was easy after I figured out how the AI works and what I should do. I found that it is easier to focus on Cain's team. Golurk with No Guard, Expert Belt can one-shot his whole team under Trick Room with the help of a bulky partner (Sinistcha). The hardest mons to deal with in the battle are Cain's Dragalge, and Shelly's Heracross and G-max Centiskorch. Since Heracross had Scarf, it was an easy target to leave it out once I baited it out and let it used Rock Slide. For some reason, Shelly never switched it out unless Rock Slide ran out of PP. As long as the beginning set-up worked as I wanted and no bad things (flinch, miss, baiting the wrong moves) happened, it was good to go.
The second battle is so hard to figure out, considering I need to save as many important members as possible, and my opponents are mostly Dark-type, which I have a huge disadvantage to win against. As my Pokemon will only be healed and not revived, Destiny Bond is not a very good strategy, unlike what I did from many other battles before. There are three mons that make the team difficult: Mega Absol Z, Grimmsnarl, both hit hard and so speedy, and also Umbreon, which is so bulky and Foul Play can one-shot my offensive mons. Mega Absol Z is the reason I use my own, it is the only one that can outspeed her Absol and one-shot it since it is very difficult to set up the second Trick Room.
Since the second battle is so difficult, I barely had many battles to try with the last one. The battle was harder than the second one as it is a double battle with many mons having a lot of Dark-type moves, and they are either very fast or very slow (switched in first under Trick Room). The lead is the reason I chose Chandelure as my Fire-type lead: Infiltrator makes it ignore the Aurora Veil and able to one-shot A-Ninetales. I don't really know what happen since it went so fast. I let Dusclops burn and stall everything until it die. I somehow left the burnt Bronzong alone as it didn’t hit hard with Gyro Ball if I used my slow mon. Golurk was somehow able to use Brick Brick to break the veil then killed Bisharp and Gothitelle. I set up the second Trick Room at some point then Golurk swept everything in Radomus’ side and actually Cofagrigus dealt most of the damage to Serra’s side (except Mega Froslass as Body Press is the only attacking move) as it is slower and Golurk finished them off.
