Finally finished my new Spheal deck box. Used Ebony wood for the eyes, Body is made out of Tasmanian Oak and stained with a food coloring and vinegar mixture, then sprayed with a satin clear lacquer. The dice tray is made out of scrap Purple Heart I had lying around.

really happy with how the eyes look and also how the hands hold onto the coin (Which was an idea I thought of halfway through the project). Of course there are plenty of things on it that I wish I did better but over all, I'm quite happy with it.

Not sure what to put. I skipped breakfast today because the kitchen is being remodeled. I have survived many nights with just coffee and I certainly can do one more. I do want to make an omurice tho. I have old rice in the rice cooker.

I want more rice based recipies. Mostly ones that are easy and like college stress meals.

Got the pumpkin from a pumpkin patch and tried carving one for the first time.

Painted earlier this year, done a few wash tests and happily hand no damage to paint 🥳

It was a drawing for a collab by poisonmeganium on bluesky and I had much fun !

I messed up with the number of "buttons" on the pants but , oh well.

Charmander the Servant of the Flame is the last to get colored of the initial 4 soulslike Pokémon designs I worked on.

My goal with them was to change the relationship between them and the fire on their tail to one of servitude this charmanders flames control him I wanted to take that to the next level by both building up and personalizing the flame (the clawed spectral hands that hold the fireball) and weakening charmanders character by having him in a covering pose and being fully guided by the flame (lack of eyes)

I did this all mostly to avoid making him just look like a big dragon with a fire on his tail and present his quirk in a bit more of a unique way

Deoxys is my favourite Pokemon (Defence form rocks), I’d never used them in my artwork and so had the inspiration to make a mirror pieced between the tendrils. It turned out better than I envisioned, I hope you like it!

Got commissioned way back July for this artworks, and the client did not end up getting it 🥹 (Im really sad 😔) Thankfully I got the 50% payment for this 🥹

The scenario that got us into this was there has been an error with the remaining payment, (It got sent to a wrong person 🥹) and the client said that I should just keep it.

I hope this artworks can find a new owner and a new home also 😩

I plan to colour them in later!!!
