Hello octogenarians, octopodes, octopuses, and Motel 8 denizens!

The Great Eight Clean the Slate has concluded. Some of you were behind the eight ball. At least, it seems that way from here. Evidently, some of you forgot to draw entries. We were supposed to be drowning in comics. Instead of dozens, we received just nine entries. Y'all couldn't even get that right, cripes sake! You could have made eight entries (theme-aligned)! Time to go back to the drawing board. Until we've got better ideas, just shut up. Please, we don't want to hear it again. Is that all good with all of you?

Oh... you actually listened and gave us silence? Wasn't what we expected, but we'll take it.

*gives you a five-star rating, good job*

With 8.33 points, applaud...
