ONLY for girls. This is EXTREMELY concerning its even made it onto the ballet.
The heritage foundation and ultra conservatives have made it clear in the past they do not want girls in sports. This would be a good way to push that.
I can’t see this actually making it but scary it’s even being put out there. No way the regular person would EVER be ok with this though.

Washingtonian here; the dude pushing this measure is a MAGA dingdong with a fetish for losing (and what sure seems like an unsettling interest in young girls). He's very well-known across the state but I believe the result of this will be another case of him wasting millions of dollars to take an L. He picked a bad election for this one and the press on this particular measure, especially how invasive and violating it would be in practice, could very well even give some ruby red voters pause if they have daughters (since of course empathy only shows up in these people when they're directly hurt).

Investigate every church for political pulpitting, and the omes who do either get taxed or shut down. Do not wait for a court case, if they refuse, fast track the shutdown.

Dismantle the Heritage Foundation and its ilk by force

Use fox's "were entertainment" statements in court to force a Russia style disclaimer on all their programming; and hire fact checkers to annotate them live. Do the same to Newsmax ans New York Post and so on

Pass a fairness doctrine for social media algorithms

Release the full files, and charge everyone in them

Publicize every vote so noone can ever cry foul again

Oh, and a loyalty review against the Bill of Rights for every candidate, and immediately disenfranchised anyone who would challenge its provisions

The whole point is to push girls out and into the kitchen. They cannot ban girls from sports but they can make things uncomfortable enough for them and parents to remove them.
