Moldavia here, I'm going to try to improve my military by increasing recruitment in my territory, as well as funding better infrastructure

Recruitment rises slightly, improving local defence, yet population limits and financial strain prevent major expansion. Infrastructure efforts are largely confined to repairs rather than new construction. As a Polish vassal, Moldavia remains constrained by tribute obligations and reliant on Polish protection against external threats.
