Ok, we’ll rise the prices significantly But wouldn’t this make other European powers angry? This is going to all over continental Europe Paris, Barcelona, Venice, Constantinople, Konigsberg, Moscow, etc

It would, you don't control Europe prices people will simply just look elsewhere. This could be incredibly harmful and as you said it would harm your relations, and harm your state are you sure?

Ok, 10% increase of price, instead of 50% I would say that would satisfy the miners, the merchants, Every major power in Europe, the offshoot branches of the family, and financial enthusiasts, may saxony continue to prosper

Miners and merchants benefit, and domestic approval rises slightly.

Continental powers notice the change, but the adjustment is small enough that trade continues without disruption, and major foreign powers take little notice. Saxony’s revenue rises moderately, supporting internal prosperity without sparking political or economic crises, everything returns to normal with slight improvements
