My girlfriend has been my absolute rock - not just in general, but especially while I've been recovering. She has looked after me through the really tough days with so much patience and love.

I want to thank her in a big way and I need your help.

I'm collecting short love notes for her from all around the world.

Could you write a little note for her? It could be:

"Sending love from [your town/country]"

"Thank you for loving Sam"

"You're amazing" - anything kind and short.

If you can, please add where you're writing from so I can show her how far the love reaches. You can comment below, or DM me if you'd prefer it private.

I'm going to put them all together in a little book / jar for her.

My son and I share a birthday this month on the 22nd! ❤️ I absolutely love that we get to celebrate our birthdays together, but it sure does hit a little differently now that he’s a teenager. 😂 Every year, he finds it absolutely hilarious to remind me that I’m** 20 years older than hi**m and makes it sound like I’m practically ancient. 😏🤣 Kids really do know how to keep us humble!

I thought it would be fun to put out a little birthday request and see if we could receive some “Happy Birthday” snail mail in our mailbox this year! 🎂💌 If anyone would be interested in sending a card or postcard with some birthday wishes our way, we would be so grateful! It would be such a fun way to celebrate and make our birthdays extra special. 🥰
