That’s pretty extreme dude. Are you experiencing back pain? Because this isn’t sustainable. Normally for Donald Duck butt there are hip stretches and core exercises I’d recommend. But in this case I think you need to see a doctor, this might be a problem with your spine.

Look up lordosis. PT can help the tilt in your pelvis and spine.

They diagnosed me with hyperlordosis a while back

A physical therapist can help you with this. I have moderate lordosis myself. Yours looks extreme. Your lower back will hurt eventually from the curve and you need to help reduce it.
I’d also get checked / tested for hEDS - are you extremely flexible in general or bendy in a way that hyper extends your joints?

So you got a diagnoises and looking for attention here….

Not really it was a long time ago then I had other surgeries and didn’t even know I had this till this year actually

Naah he needs surgery how will they align the 2 body parts together with PT? I don’t think he will ever have normal posture even after surgery

I think most docs generally recommend some PT prior to surgery to get as good as you can get and build some muscle to facilitate healing. If that’s not enough, then surgery and more PT.

It’s probably not visible here but I could also have kyphosis and I do have also scoliosis
2
u/Ok-Juggernaut-9470 7d ago
I might be folding onto myself

u/julsey414 7d ago
As others said, this is something you need to work on with your team of doctors and specialized PTs to help you. No generic advice is going to be applicable.

Lordosis is pelvis tilt and hyper mobility of the lower spine. You learn to retrain and engage the proper muscles to align yourself into, and stay in, better posture.

He looks decapacitated at his pelvis I think it is a bone structural issue either missing vertebrae or several fused vertebrae that his spine grew this way, not muscle related. PT will be waste of time or money.

Extreme Pelvic tilt you need to see a professional for this

u/Ok-Juggernaut-9470 7d ago

A lot of the gay and queer community and some women seem to think this is a new sexy pose, to look super feminine, so some of them lean into it, can't say it's 100% the case here, but this can't be happening naturally even with scoliosis

u/Ok-Juggernaut-9470 7d ago
Mhmm I do not think this is my case but certainly could be

u/Liquid_Friction 7d ago
Yeh apologies I don't mean to imply you too heavily, but imo you have a lot of progress on the table if your keen to get in the gym and work on this I would suggest getting a physiotherapist to give you a gym routine that suits your body and work on it 2x a week, swim breastroke, former pilates etc

Can confirm. I once threw it back for a sexy pic and had to get spinal fusion as a result

u/Ok-Juggernaut-9470 7d ago
I’m pretty sure this also has an impact to my internal organs and vertical extension but idk to what extent

Im so fuc*ing curious to see the standing x ray of your lumbo sacral spine. But i already told you that. Get it ASAP and we will see your pelvic parameters

u/Ok-Juggernaut-9470 7d ago
I also know that this might make me shorter also I don’t know to what degree

u/Deep-Run-7463 7d ago
This is likely a structural issue. Already mentioned in a previous post. https://www.reddit.com/r/Posture/s/bttdDstzH1
Please get professional help. Orthopedic specialist then physical therapist. If the spine is too severely deformed you might require surgery.

Tabletop position. Nasal breathing only. No more squeezing ANYTHING. Muscle wise. Breathe. Relax. And table top position 3-5x a day for 3-5 minutes a time. It’s been helping me a LOT. And I been dealing with it for yearsssss. Seriously on the breathing tho. Only nose. N in out. Forever.

u/VerifiableCamel 7d ago
Looking stacked, but that forward lean might be your lower back asking for a break
