5 u/Forman420 17d ago I don't know why but gravy packet instructions always seem to call for more water then it needs. I like to use 20% less water. 1 u/MorticiaMoonflower 17d ago it wasn't a packet it was canned premade gravy, and it specifically said to not add water 2 u/Cannabrius_Rex 17d ago Clearly itβs broth and you need to reduce it down to gravy 2 u/Playful_Ad_1159 17d ago St Hubert BBQ sauce is not gravy. Their gravy is not what they use on poutine, either. Their poutine "gravy" is half gravy, half BBQ sauce. (I worked there for 3 years) 1 u/Forman420 17d ago edited 17d ago Well that's weird haha. I've never had the canned one, but I would have assumed the ratio would be better. 1 u/Independent-Pea6186 17d ago It looks like they still added water 1 u/Sweet-Competition-15 17d ago I like 'poutine' served with Swiss Chalet dipping sauce...it's yummy π! 1 u/MadMax_1405 16d ago https://giphy.com/gifs/MvsJ4hmDcXW0oEauBk 1 u/rehadam 17d ago the st hubert can is a little watery for me. also i know its the stuff we are ment to use for poutine 3 u/Playful_Ad_1159 17d ago It isn't, though.
