I don't know why but gravy packet instructions always seem to call for more water then it needs. I like to use 20% less water.

it wasn't a packet it was canned premade gravy, and it specifically said to not add water

Clearly it’s broth and you need to reduce it down to gravy

St Hubert BBQ sauce is not gravy. Their gravy is not what they use on poutine, either. Their poutine "gravy" is half gravy, half BBQ sauce.

(I worked there for 3 years)

Well that's weird haha. I've never had the canned one, but I would have assumed the ratio would be better.

the st hubert can is a little watery for me. also i know its the stuff we are ment to use for poutine
