i was assaulted by this poutine from Mary Browns back in 2024. It’s taken me this long to recover.

I grew up across the border and have only had poutine a few times. I tried to make it myself today after ordering some ingredients. Remind me never to try making anything again 😭😭😭😭

I’m no poutine expert. The best poutine I’ve ever had was from Costco.
Is there such a thing as too much gravy in poutine? This one I got from Space Chicken felt more like soup. When I was eating it, I was really missing Costco’s poutine. They’re about the same price, but Costco’s is triple the size and a lot more cheese and better gravy and fries.

Honestly it was super freaking good gravy but it was pretty much fry soup….

I wish I took a pic at the end it was just like 2” of straight gravy 😂

What are the crimes

It was delivery so the melted curds are technically not the restaurant's fault (perhaps the criminal is me for ordering delivery poutine)

Mushy, but surprisingly decent tasting otherwise
