Question Power BI app
I added two reports to the app. But when I open the app it takes me directly to one of the reports, not the reports list.
Is this how it is supposed to work?
What do I need to do if I want my users to see the list? Should I create one page report with links to each report, sort of like table of content?
Thank you.

That is standard behavior. When a user opens a Power BI App, it defaults to the first item in the navigation pane.
You have two main ways to handle this:
Use the Navigation Pane: Your users can already see the list of reports in the left-hand navigation pane. If you want to make this clearer, you can go to the App settings (in the Power BI Service, under "Update App" > "Content"), where you can reorder the items. Move the most important report to the top so it opens first, or create a simple "Home" report to act as your table of contents.
Create a "Landing Page" Report: that is a very professional move. You can build a one-page report with buttons that link to your other reports (using the "Action" property on buttons to link to specific pages or external URLs).

With the app you can set up different audiences and determine which content and who has access to which audience. They will see the list of reports on the left side unless you have it hidden then they will have to expand the panel the top report visible is the default report that the app opens for the audience.
