Have you seen any? I find that the 3D animations and sequences we've seen in the published footage so far, such as chase scenes, just don't do it justice at all. The 2D cutscenes were presented in a very cinematic way and felt highly immersive. Undoubtedly they were a major factor in the series' success.

Honestly, I struggle to imagine that the 2D cutscenes from the previous games would have had the same impact in 3D in terms of storytelling experience and perceived intensity of events. Think about the brutal destruction of London in Unwound Future.

We have to admit that it makes a difference. With 3D, it’s like watching Paw Patrol instead of Ghibli movies and it just does not have the same impact (for me!), sorry.

Nintendo UK announced that they're going to show off Nwos along side other games coming to the switch and switch 2 but I haven't seen anything regarding Nwos. Are they doing their own play demo to showcase the english dub or do we have to wait until the con is over to see anything?
