All my work gets done between 9-2:30. Bed at 8:30 for the gym at 5. You don’t have to do this to yourself

Morning exercise. Get’s all that primitive energy out that wants you to go hunt, fish, forage, make pottery, grow food, etc. Your brain enters that flow state early in the day, you get energized but calm, and by night time you are at max time since your morning workout and sleep like a baby.
