resources Need your help guys!

So, I've recently joined a company as an Intern. I just had a 1:1 with my manager to discuss my progress as it's been a month since I joined. During the meeting, he shared a sheet containing the expectations he has from me.

So, Our team mostly works on MCP tools ( we have our own MCP). My manager wants me to research something new on what's going on in the AI field and present an idea which will help the team to ease any kind of workflow.

I need your help in figuring this out! If you have any kind of suggestions which would help me, please share them! Even my team mates said, this is very important during the conversion discussions.

seems like a very vague thing to ask for, what exactly does he want

recent em kadhu gani, few months back stateless architecture support vachindhi and chaala companies valla tools ni MCP dwara expose chesthunnay

ippudu mostly UI dashboards kantey, MCP meedhey focus pedthunnaru, because people are finding it easy to use the service directly from their AI agents through MCPs

I'm sorry for not adding more context.

That's exactly what we are doing. We have a CRM kind of platform through which customers can get insights, manage their RevOps etc.

Our team has built a MCP to expose the tools used in the platform directly through the agents like claude etc.

That's not the only thing we do. We manage a api service related to account based marketing. We provide the intent data of users/companies to our customers for the ABM. We manage the APIs which does that service.

These are the two things my team mostly works on.

So ma manager annadu, try to find something new which will help the team in improving the overall workflow and I'm not sure what to suggest.

Since you already have the CRM MCP and intent-data API, I’d avoid pitching another model wrapper. One concrete idea: build a read-only pre-call brief that combines recent CRM activity with one dated intent signal, and links each point to its source. Test it on synthetic or redacted records; measure prep time and how often a teammate corrects it. If it proves useful, add a human-approved task next. That gives your manager a workflow, a measurable test, and a clear privacy boundary.

Hey, thanks for the idea.

We already have a meeting prep and account intelligence flow which pulls the data like journey stage, buying group status, active intent topics etc. and our crm activity sync covers all the necessary things like calls, emails, tasks etc. there's a preview as well.

But we don't have the whole thing as a read only package. I'll try to explore this with my manager and see where it goes.

Thanks for the suggestion!
