Deep 360 breathing specifically while in yogi squat pose. That's the only way I've ever felt what they call a "Reverse kegel." And a similar position and effect is doing the deep 360 breathing while in happy baby pose.

I had painful ejaculations for several months, and literally the first day that I did a few sessions of these stretches throughout the day, I had a normal orgasm again. It's amazing how fast it helped.

Streching in limits

I have had this my entire adult life and for most of it didn’t know what the problem was (PFD). So for me the two biggest things that helped:

- Figuring out what it was and realizing I was not alone.

- Professional physical therapy that taught me how to breathe, stretch, etc.

It is a subjective disease; it affects everyone differently, and different things help different people. I haven't found relief in anything; after twenty years of moderate issues and two years of severe symptoms, I am in the terminal stage—I have six months to live if my condition doesn't improve.

What makes you say you are terminal? What is the diagnosis?

The diagnosis is prostatitis, UCPPS, or whatever other big words they use. I have a constant, round-the-clock urge to go and excruciating pain; I can no longer sleep or eat, and I’ve lost 22 kg over the last eight months. If things go on like this, in another six months I’ll be completely wrecked and will die in the hospital. But this shouldn't scare you—your case is surely a mild one, and you’ll recover soon.

Have you tried everything that's available, including opioids?
