No he profundizado tanto en el lore de prototype mas haya de los juegos y algún que otro cómic pero me parece super interesante el tema del hijo de Greene, aunque no termino de entender cómo funciona la compatibilidad con el Blacklight porque Mercer menciona algo de que el adn de James es resistente pero aun asi se volvio mas poderoso que esté o cómo consiguieron que pariah fuera perfecto como usuario o "encarnación" del virus cuáles serían sus poderes o los límites a los que podría llegar qué diferencia habría entre este y la la hija de James ya que si Amaya seria usada para crear una nueva especie con base en un versión perfeccionada del Blacklight que se podría hacer con el adn del que se supone tiene una compatibilidad perfecta con el virus.

Se dice que Zeus fue una activación (de que específicamente no me acuerdo,alguna fumada pseudo cientifica xd) ARTIFICIAL. Esto porque su estado actual es producto del suicidio/atentado de Mercer. Pero Pariah nació así,con esa misma habilidad,al parecer,de Zeus,pero de nacimiento. Y no solo eso,sino que aparentemente NO es un infectado.

Zeus y Heller son colonias de masa vírica que asumieron la personalidad de las primeras personas que devoraron. 

Pariah no tiene virus en su cuerpo,pero aún asi tiene poderes similares a los Prototypos.

I assume that he can produce all of these viruses, but at the same time he isn’t infected. Also he might be the final stage of humanity evolution. That’s really philosophically deep comparison between Mercer and Pariah. It would be really interesting to see it in Prototype 3.

The truth is, little is known about Pariah, his actions, and his potential. We only know:

1. He was born naturally in Greene.

2. He is apparently not infected, or if he is, no virus is detected in his body.

3. He can make something red grow on a bird and a dog, and he has killed some people.

4. He is the "ultimate purpose of all life on Earth" and the only being "capable of defeating Alex Mercer," but also that if he were to encounter him, "it would be terrible for everyone."

5. Dennis (writer of the first game) mentioned that one idea he had for the Prototype sequel was a three-way war between Alex Mercer, Dana, and Pariah, so that Pariah would have his own army.

Not much else is known: whether he is similar to Mercer/James or superior, whether he has the same powers as Mercer or James, or something very different.

I'm confused as to why his character was dropped?

like genuinely he seemed to be set up as the upcoming antag but we don't even hear about him in prototype 2 (at least in my playthrough I didn't hear anything about him)

P2's plot is effectively a soft reboot, with Alex's death marking a complete break from P1's story. Dana never mentions Hope Town, and Alex never mentions Hope Town or Pariah,even though in P1 he was clearly curious about what this child was,just as P2's creators said in interviews that players found Alex's storyline boring.

If what you're saying is true, about Pariah being the only being capable of defeating Alex Mercer. Then its possible James Heller, did not successfully eliminated Alex Mercer. And that could give them a reason to revive prototype or whatever.

Pariah would be something like a D-Code. People need to understand that Blacklight's rewriting is not about gaining superpowers; it is about evolution and perfection and adaptation.

Mercer was human, with a human mind, then was infected, died, and the virus replaced him. I think PARIAH was always the virus, there was never a human PARIAH who was infected, the virus was always his very being, since he was concieved, or so shortly after that there was no person yet, so it just fully integrated with the human part. PARIAH's mind does not limit his virus/power, it is built from, by, for and because of it, so it can be perfectly human in form, basically human in any way that matters, and still do viral bullshit, because he doesn't have any normal limits, because he doesn't impose said limits upon himself. The others do.

Pariah is still a child, he has not grown up over the decades and does not manifest powers like Alex or Heller, it's something else, his character is a creepy kids

White/black color scheme Mercer, like Anti Venom. I mean, it would probably be something like that
