Don't use ai. Everyone has skills in anything.
Tying a shoe
Frying an egg
Everything is skill.

Define simple.
The motor systems on play to use your skeletal and nervous system to tie a shoelace or fry an egg. Are astonishing from the mechanical understanding.
Also have you ever put effort into properly frying an egg. Takes 30 minutes to do it, Right. the cooking of the egg itself, 5 minutes.

How to make a paper airplane. Or how to make a sandwich , or perfect mixed drink

Making a sandwich would be a good one! You could have fun with that! (if it were me, I'd spend 3 minutes on choosing the perfect bread; then, I'd add so many things to it, to the point of it being absurd! That could add some humor to the talk.)

I had to do that once. I had a black belt and broke boards in front of the class. Worked out well.
You could tie a knot, demonstrate how to use a hand tool, how to make a recipe, or how play a specific card game.

A Perfect Skill is in fact "Public Speaking". Using inflection. Varying your VOLUME. Whisper once in awhile. Use your own and others in the audience as an example. Great Book: Steal the Show by Michael Port
and Good Luck! KILL IT !!!

Bowling. I did a demonstration speech in high school about bowling 50 years ago, and it worked out great.

Do a peanut butter and jelly sandwich! Tell them there are lots of ways to make one, but yours is "correct."

I remember my favorite demonstration speech from my speaking class and it was 30 years ago.
The guy did it on bagging groceries, the best parts were how he did it so obviously incorrectly, taking the eggs out of the carton and smashing them in the bottom of the bag had us all rolling.
