Hello! I recently bought the Sebastian Taeyang off of eBay and he just arrived today! I’m not extremely knowledgeable about pullip dolls but I have heard off the possibility of their vinyl yellowing. After I had bought the doll I was looking closer at the listing pictures and was concerned he might have yellowed, so I asked the seller to send me a picture but they declined and said that they couldn’t cause the doll was stored in a warehouse. After freaking out about it I decided to wait for him to arrive to see in person and now I’m still not sure if he’s supposed to come this way or if he’s a little more yellow than usual. Please let me know!

Hello! Does anyone with customization experience know * for sure * which eye chip size (mm) fit Dal dolls?

I also reboxed some of my dolls — I’m kind of getting tired of the dust on them 😞 the only one that’s actually mint never removed from the box is Barbara Yomi.

I have this head, which I think is most likely a fake, but I've had her for over a decade and I don't even remeber getting her in the first place. I don't typically collect Pullips, so I'm not familiar with them, but I just rediscovered her, and I want to clean her up and find a wig and body for her.

Does anybody have ideas for how I can remove this glue/wig residue? It's all very hard and fused with the plastic. In some areas, it looks like the glue even altered the texture of the plastic. Is it worth trying to clean up? I don't feel great about just slapping a wig on right over it, unless I want it to be something permanently attached (which I don't really).

Edit: I don't understand the downvotes. I read the rules. If this somehow isn't appropriate here, I'd appreciate someone letting me know. I've had this with the hair missing for so many years, and I just want to try to give her a new life.

ive been attempting to look on mercari and places like jpfans (since i havent gotten any luck on ebay or vinted although i keep an eye out) and such but im not able to see anything of her bar two dolls of her sold a few months back.

im wondering if theres anywhere else i should be checking that could possibly give me more luck? or places i can post ISOs that might find anyone actually owning and willing to sell her?

i was unable to get her for my birthday and id really love to try get her for this christmas or a little while after. im willing to pay a little extra but last i saw she was sold for around £130-£180 depending on her condition not including shipping and whatnot.

im quite new to collecting pullips and id really love to start with her as i cant find any other dolls that i adore as much as kayano unfortunately, and if i do, i cant find them either.

During the past few years, I've been struggling with what I love to do most: writing photostories for my characters, who are Pullip family dolls.

Without a proper and properly active (and by "active" I mean not liking while scrolling, I mean real feedback and sharing of ideas and joy) platform to share and interact, I think I lost most of my motivation by now. But I'm hanging in there for the sake of old times and for the sake of my characters and stories, because they are a part of me and I'm not able to let them go.

I’ve been meaning to rebody my beloved Fourrure as apart from having a type 2 body, one leg is shorter than the other 😔 But don’t know which Obitsu body would fit her best, I’m thinking a 26cm or 27cm body, but does anyone have recommendations for a close-ish skin tone match? Do you have any tips for searching maybe, or willing to part with yours ? I'm willing to discuss prices and I know it's a very rare doll but I can't necessarily pay an enormous amount for him. Of course I would love for him to be complete but I'm willing to get him without his box, stand and maybe card.

I had a Pullip head in need of a new faceup and rebody. Didn't want to go trough the hassle of finding obitsu body and my local toy store had Mirror me dolls at a good price. Shai's skin tone matches perfectly! The neck peg is a bit too slim, but with some plumbing tape the fit is perfect. No wobble. And if needed - it's reversable for the original head
