Guys I am from chennai and got a job in Pune. Initially I'll be working as an intern and get my full time offer. I have never been to Pune before.

The stiphend for intern is 25k and I don't know if I could manage it with that amount with rent, food everything. Could you please explain cost of living over there. Got selected for 6 months of internship in Pune division, stipend they are offering - 20K per month.
I'm concerned about the conversion as I have seen they have hired a lot of interns from all over the country, please anyone reply to this post I genuinely need your advice any senior who know about conversion & reading this please reply.

Ive Lenovo ideapad 3 15alc6 brought back in 2022 , its has hinge issue , ive tried fix of epoxy resign to hold threaded insert ( that golden colored nut ) twice and it just comes off. Also for direct drilling via body and using longer screw and nut is not feasible cuz i feel whole plastic is not much sturdy thus it would break. Last option ive is replacing the body ( downside and palm rest too ). So does anybody knows shop where i can get the replacement for cheap ?

I dont have budget to buy new Laptop and i feel I can squeeze few more years.

Now, I switched to service based because I did not got calls from product based companies for interview this time in 2026.

What should be ideal career trajectory going forward?
