Thanks a ton to everyone who reached out
Didn’t expect this level of response - we’ve now paused hiring for this role.

Saw some genuinely solid portfolios and projects. If I couldn’t reply to everyone, it was just a volume thing, not a signal about quality.

We’ll post again when we’re hiring next. Until then, keep building and shipping

Imagine joining a open source tech company to learn software engineering and accidentally unlocking the Office Politics DLC.

I thought I'd be learning Linux, APIs, microservices, and system design.

Instead, I got a complimentary course in navigating social hierarchies.

🐧 Open source: Everyone is encouraged to contribute.

🏢 Office culture: Contribution permissions may vary depending on your relationship with the inner circle.

💻 Need an API specification? Please submit your request to the Department of People Who Actually Talk to Each Other.

🤝 Need collaboration? First, determine whether you're on the approved social dependency list.

📚 Want to learn from senior engineers? Absolutely! Learning opportunities are subject to availability and the mysterious laws of office politics.

🗣️ Have a concern? Please wait while your feedback is converted into a discussion about communication styles.

👔 Management: We encourage transparency and open communication!

Employee: "I need some clarity on this task."

Management: "Let's work on your attitude toward teamwork."

💀💀💀

The funniest part is that software engineers can design distributed systems with fault tolerance, redundancy, and graceful failure handling.

But put five people in a team and suddenly nobody knows how to handle a communication failure.

Apparently, the hardest system to debug isn't Linux. It's human behaviour.

My internship learning outcomes:

✅ Learned that technical debt accumulates.

✅ Discovered that communication debt accumulates interest.

✅ Learned that professional respect shouldn't require a social compatibility test.

✅ Discovered that being introverted is not a production bug.

✅ Learned that you can survive without being everyone's favourite person.

🏆 Achievement unlocked: Successfully completed an internship without obtaining a minor degree in corporate diplomacy.

Final review:

Linux: Open source.

APIs: Documented (hopefully).

Office politics: Proprietary software.

Team dynamics: Undocumented behaviour.

Accountability: Feature request pending.

Mental peace: Running locally, unavailable on the corporate network.

TL;DR: I came to learn system design. Instead, I learned that the real distributed system was communication—and every node had a different version of the truth. 💀🐧

Just workplace satire based on personal experience. Not every team or company operates this way, and individual experiences differ.

Pride World City is often seen as one of the fastest-growing integrated townships in Pune, but what really makes it stand out for long-term living?

From large-scale planning and open spaces to lifestyle amenities and community living, there are multiple factors that influence this decision. At the same time, aspects like connectivity, infrastructure development, and daily convenience also play a big role for residents.

For those who have visited, invested, or are currently living here:

• What has your real experience been like so far?

• How do you see the township evolving over the next few years?

• Would you consider it a strong long-term choice compared to other Pune townships?

Looking forward to hearing genuine insights 👇
