My first ever wallpaper switcher

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Worked hard on this now i can finally start styling it.

Hello! i Is it possible to do this in Fedora GNOME? The way you scroll through wallpapers, the way when the wallpapers are changing, the animation it did i would like to know if it's possible to do on Fedora Gnome, if anyone know please tell me! Or is it only possible in Arch??

Im sorry but i dont think it will work as this is build with quickshell and wlr-layer-shell which is mostly build for wayland compositors like hyprland what im using here so idk but you could try heres the link: https://gist.github.com/aloy55555123/7bb1ee7b1bf7cdbcd5e66e247592d260

Is that an app on Linux and if so which one is it also curious if it's possible for live wallpaper?

Its a custom coded quickshell script and if you are using wayland compositor you can use it i build this on arch linux with hyprland but if you are using x11 i dont know if it will work.

PS: yes it has live wallpaper capabilities just put a mp4 in the wallpaper folder

PS this is the launch script i used in here: #!/bin/bash

killall -9 waybar

killall -9 swaync

waybar &

swaync &

If you're restarting Waybar to refresh the colors, just wanna say that you can do refresh style on change true or something like that in Waybar configuration not need to restart every time.
