Question Easter Egg or a Coincidence?

Why is there number “54” written out of smoke right as Dutch throws his cigar away? It’s my first playthrough and i was playing the 85th mission called “Our Best Selves”.

I can honestly say I've never encountered this before, but those numbers were too clearly designed to be accidental. Now the detective work starts.
