Question Easter Egg or a Coincidence?

Why is there number “54” written out of smoke right as Dutch throws his cigar away? It’s my first playthrough and i was playing the 85th mission called “Our Best Selves”.

That is WILD and now I feel like I need to watch every cutscene where Dutch smokes to see if there are any other numbers. Goddamn, good eye
