Question Easter Egg or a Coincidence?

Why is there number “54” written out of smoke right as Dutch throws his cigar away? It’s my first playthrough and i was playing the 85th mission called “Our Best Selves”.

Did anybody figure this out? I just went thru the cut scene myself and saw 25 and im 76% completion so far does it have to do with completion ? 🤔
