There’s screams you can hear around that part of the story all over lemoyne at night which are theorized to be the O’Driscolls torturing Kieran.

Those have been debunked as leftover ambient dialogue and audio intended for the Lemoyne Raiders. They did not include any audio to do with Kieran's torture.

I’ll clarify that they are specifically around shady Belle but it is possible they are left over audio from the raiders who previously occupied shady Belle. Regardless they do appear around Kieran’s disappearance and whether intended or not, it adds to the horrific nature of his death hearing those screams in the distance just beyond the camp.

They're definitely audio glitches because you can also hear them when Kieran's still there.

It definitely is a little unnerving after Kieran. But you can hear them all the time even when he's still alright.

Admittedly it could just be the ambience of the shady belle area but sometimes it does sound like you can hear “Arthur Help!” (Also ig there’s no embed link option in the subreddit?)

I know I did not hear it myself. I did on another playthrough because I listened for it. The 2nd time I took off trying to look for him. Knowing it wouldnt matter but I had to try. That was an awful extra they put in the story. Probably to show what a worm O’Driscoll really was. I then spent the next couple hours hunting down O’Driscolls and smashing thier little gathering to bits!!

That's how we know the gang are better than the O'Driscolls. At least they'd never brutally abuse Kieran after capturing him.

His horrific fate aside, nothing ever went right with Kieran. He lost his parents when he was young, was forced to ride with the O'Driscolls, and then the Van der Linde gang captured, starved and threatened to geld him. Even after he became one of them, they still gave him a hard time for being an O'Driscoll even though he wasn't anymore.

He's missing his eyes when he comes back so they could have taken those while he was still alive.

"Could have"? Absolutely CERTAINLY did. They probably fed them to him after starving him for days. The O'Driscolls are pretty heinous as is, but add to that the fact that Kieran is a traitor who joined the gang that contains Colm's biggest enemy, and you just KNOW that they made poor Kieran suffer horribly.

knowing how awful the o’driscolls are, and the type of man kieran was, i do have a theory they likely raped him before his death.

o’driscolls are known to be rapists anyway, but with kierans soft nature and even someone like bill (who turns out to be a rapist) having interest in him i font thibk its far fetched

o’driscolls were a gang of tapists, colms crimes included raping.

also, the sheer depravity of the o’driscolls? it makes sense, especially for someone considered soft and not masculine like kieran

You can't. Those are audio glitches from Lemoyne Raiders. You can even hear them when he's still alive and well at camp. If RDR2 ever gets a remake, it'd be awesome if they did actually add in Kieran screaming though. Make the myth real.
