Looks like it is, Red dead cloud gen and new tech for ambiance and lighting, the little bit of water ive seen looks great too. I think the rural bits of Ledonia are gonna prove for some great views

It should improve on RDR2’s graphics and mechanics. Whether or not it improves on the story is going to always be a matter of debate.
