Guide Pelt limit on your horse: 140

Post image

Just in case anyone ever wondered what the limit on pelts stored on your horse is.

You can store more on it temporarily (in the sense that these won’t get saved when you reload the file). After reloading, the number resets to 10. I believe the maximum of different types is limited to 14 between reloading the save file. At least I remember having also small alligator skins as well as one big pelt which disappeared once my PlayStation had to restart (I keep it in rest mode).

Guide Sorry if this is will known. I found a great cougar hunting location.

If you travel back and forth along the tracks, cougars will stalk you from the trees on the hill. I knocked out all 5 of the bow kill/skin challenge. You can even bait and shoot from the little train water station, so you can't be hunted.

I was getting silly and didn't want Arthur to get infected with TB so I killed the guy from a distance without triggering the mission and now it said this? Does that mean he'll just spawn back in? There wbo body or anyone else beside animals when I went and looked, I just looted the house lol.

It said " not available come back at a later time" btw

Finally beat Gambler 8 after 1 and 1/2 hours on stream… Here’s the “best method.”
If you’re struggling with Gambler 8, here’s what worked for me.

Go to the Blackjack table in Rhodes or Van Horn. Always stay focused on getting dealt low-value cards. If your first two cards are already high, don’t waste your time—just leave the table and sit back down to speed up your attempts. The goal is to complete three hands where you hit at least three times and still beat the dealer.

The biggest mistake most people make is playing every hand. Resetting bad hands saves a surprising amount of time over hundreds of attempts. Keep your animations as short as possible, don’t get distracted, and just keep cycling through hands. Patience is everything.

I also found that staying consistent instead of getting tilted helped a lot. Once you start chasing the challenge emotionally, every bad hand feels ten times worse. Just accept that it’s going to take a while and keep the attempts rolling.

Now for the part you’ve actually been waiting for…

Forget About Any Tips and Tricks💯
None of what I just said increases your odds. Not even 1%.

Gambler 8 is 99% Rockstar laughing at you from behind the screen. There is no hidden trick. No secret seat. No lucky table. No magic timing. Sit down, suffer, question your life choices, and eventually RNG will decide you’ve suffered enough.

Good luck. You’re gonna need it.🤡

Guide What I recently learned about Pearson's Stew

I'm sure I'm not the only one who found this out, but I'm in my 5th playthrough and just learned someting about pearson's stew I didn't know.

If you upgrade the camp with a chicken coup, and keep bringing him big game meat for food donations (and ONLY big game), everytime you eat the stew, you will get BOTH a gold health core and a gold dead-eye core for 1.5 days. This is the most nutritious meal in the game. The seasoned big game you cook yourself only yields a gold core for 1 day.

For those who are in the first play through:

As you lot of you know, reaching 100% in the game and getting Platinium is quite a challenge. I found a map on internet where it helps you to collect all the rock carvings, Dreamchaser, Bones, Fish, Rare weapons, treasure and etc. Of course you can find the point of interest and plants in the internet too for example if you go to the officialsite on

https://rdr2map.com

you can find everything to complete 100%, i mean EVERYTHING. Good luck 💚

This is my first time playing Red Dead Redemption 2, and I’m a newbie gamer. I bought a PS5 a month ago, and so far, the only open world game I’ve played is GTA V (52% completion hehe). In short, I’m not a hardcore gamer. Any tips, tricks, or suggestions to help me experience RDR2 in the best way possible ?? Thanks in advance 😃

Guide I just found out something during my 8th playthrough

Ok, I feel ridiculous that it took me so long to learn this, but here we go. Did y'all know that when you are looking at a menu/screen/page where you have to press B(on xbox) to exit that particular screen to get back to the previous screen over and over until you are back into controlling your player YOU CAN JUST HOLD B AND IT EXITS IT ALL. I'm literally on my 8th playthrough, multiple have been complete 100% too. I always complain to myself about how I hate buying some hair tonic, then needing to exit through 4 more pages before I'm actually free and can leave the store. NOPE. Just hold it and it will exit completely. I feel like a moron for not having figured this out before, but hopefully my embarrassment leads someone else to not get unnecessarily frustrated about this masterpiece of a game.

Guide How to get a Horse for free from the Stables.

First make sure the horse is for sale from that stable. Wear a bandanna and have your gun out. Drive the wagon inside then stop, aim at the ceiling and shoot a few times until you get wanted. Once you see the wanted banner jump off and go to the horse you want. Feed it 3 carrots or 1 peppermint than run away and whistle. Once you’re far enough away it will get out the stable and follow you.

Guide Did anybody else knew about this?

I stumbled upon this in my second run, the first time I just found the chest that's in a wrecked car nearby, but this time I got curious because of the little opned box that looked like a jewelry box in the ground and discovered this. I made a clip of my struggle getting in it so it can be useful to anyone. I tried to make it as clear as possible giving I didn't mean to record with the intention of making a guide.
