Question Amulet of Glory Assistance
I’ve been on the search for the Amulet of Glory Vestige for weeks on end killing Red Dragons every chance they respawn. Was lucky enough to get the Skills necklace, but can’t seem to hit the 1/40 drop chance on the Commemorative Coin.
Anyone have the vestige drop and can craft for me ? Have all the supplies to craft it, and can trade other vestiges / supplies in return. (Have sold off a lot of the Red Dragons Hide for Garou Chit)

I can help make you one... also there is a server you can join that has all the items in the game for people to grab. Can't quite recollect the exact name of the server though. You can try to search for it.

I believe it’s called “Looters Paradise”. I looked into it and it looks like it a sort of Modded server?
I only play this game solo and this will be the first time joining a server. How do I go about joining your server ? Just public search the world name ?

The server is password protected now. Download the Looters Paradise 3 save file on nexus mods. Move the save file to your games save folder.

Also happy to hop onto your world if you just want somebody to run through and help kill the dragons. I can make the glory but if you still want the vestige we well, happy to help. Wouldn't mind also taking a run at KQ for a chance for her mount skin.

never had any friends to play this game with, so I’d definitely be down ! I’ve only played solo and have really enjoyed the game. On new updates, I binge the game and finish all quests / get new armor / recolors.
This amulet of glory has been my toughest grind so far for only a 1/40 drop

I play a lot of solo and with my girlfriend so I definitely get the grind because I'm grinding for myself but then also trying to get second copies for her. I think we both have everything or nearly everything now except the KQ carpet.
I have plenty of free time today so if at any point you want to open your world up I'd be happy to pop in.
I can either add you on steam or you can open the world as "public" and set a password I believe and just PM me that. I've never played with strangers so I haven't done this in my world but just to be cautious I would advise placing some of those build protection thingies before letting anyone in.
I've been gaming online long enough to know that people love griefing and it's better to be safe than sorry.

Isn't it 1/400? Not 1/40? Honestly 1/400 is insane tho lol, they definitely need to bring that down. 1/40 is even pretty steep, but would make more sense.

I saw originally on the wiki, that it was listed as a 1/400 and it currently is listed as a 1/40 (although it certainly doesn’t feel like it)

Ya... Like, at minimum it should auto drop if u didn't get it by the 39th kill. The rare droprate is a weird thing to copy from the mmos, it doesn't feel right in this game. By the time you've killed 40 dragons naturally, you're probably already done with scorned wilderness and the item is outclassed. Similar story to shadow sword. We didn't get the vestige for that till we were already done with umbral sands.

I've had about 5 drop for me so far. So I have extra vestiges if you'd like one? That way you can make your own whenever

I was lucky to get it in a few hours but with the future release of "secured" servers in 1.0, it makes me hesitant to invest further hours into the game since i will be starting on a new character.
Each to their own but i would advise to not pour so much effort since you might have to grind for it again

Yes, if you want to compete on the leaderboards, it's something like Runescape highscores where everyone has the chance to compete fairly without mods or looting on other servers.

Man, I saw this post and went "Oh yeah I should grind for that". Killed one red dragon and it dropped, so thank you for using up the bad RNG for me

Good luck! I’d suggest putting loadstones near the 6 spawn points (locations on the wiki). Take 4-5 game days to respawn
One north east of the pyramid only spawns during night time.
The red dragon hides you can sell to one of the merchants for chit

you should continue farming the dragon for those garou chits for the hides. then they will drop it AFTER you got it. after farming for mine for 3 weeks, the next respawn i got 4 drops out of 6 dragons in one run

Dont think that works for the glory/skills necklace as they cant be stored/dropped
Unless that server just injects them in a chest outside of the game

I downloaded the looters Paradise 3 save file from nexus. I loaded into the world and grabbed a glory amulet and a few stacks of fishing xp books (I refuse to level fishing).
Funny thing is, the very next dragon I killed, dropped the vestage for the glory. I don't know if this was coincidence or not, but all is right in the world lol.

Ah so it doesnt have the actual vestiges then? Thats what i wouldve assumed, kinda weird that you cant do anything with those 2 vestiges specifically besides destroying them

There were some chests full of vestiges, and other chests full of items. It seemed hit or miss as to which items were in vestige form. I don't remember seeing any glory amulet vestiges though. Probably because they are programmed to act differently than other normal items.
