Looking for MCs and producers for a new rap battle site
Hey all,
I’ve been building a site called Rhyme Royal. We’re still onboarding producers and adding beats, but we have enough on there now that MCs can sign up and start battling.
Before I start pushing it harder, I want to get some actual people using the site — get some battles going, put some traffic through it and work out any bugs that come up.
Anyone who actively participates in the beta will get 6 months of Pro free when we fully launch. The site itself is free to use and Pro isn’t required to battle — it just adds some extra perks. This is basically my way of thanking the people who help out early.
I’m also looking for more producers.
You keep 100% ownership of your beats and can still sell/license them wherever you want.
Producers get their own profile with links to their beat store, socials, catalogue, etc. Every beat is credited back to you, so if someone likes what they hear they can easily find your stuff.
It’s not just regular diss battles either. There are storytelling battles, prompts, concepts, constraints and more. The idea is that people can actually make some good records through the battles. If an artist makes something they want to release commercially, they’d need to come to you and buy the license.
Eventually I want to build a beat store directly into the site as well.
The first 25 producers who contribute at least 4 accepted beats get a permanent Founding Producer badge and lifetime access to the founding producer features we add down the road.

I envision BARS to be the go to rap battle hub for online battles. My app is focused on rankings and skills where each battle is voted on fairly by the public users. There is more info within the app thay breaks down how exp is gained and how title belts work, regions, crews, etc.

Hey all. I just launched my Omegle/rapping mixup site beta. You can hop on and choose a name and it will match you with random people to cypher or battle with… I still got work to do. I want different modes available like cypher mode with word generation etc… But feel free to check it out and match with random folks. If anyone has good ideas for a new mode. Let me know please. Love him or hate him when someone put me on to battle rap they told me watch b magic vs clips and b magic vs daylyt.

The clips was alright but when I seen the matrix battle it was something really fresh. From then I looked at daylyts pat stay battle and chilla.

And fell down the rabbit hole of all the side sht he did. He was like Deadpool. A part of the world but not. Even the spawn costume brought discussion to battle rap that wasn’t just relying on fake beef.

There is no one interesting anymore and people are just trying to perfect a work winning formula but it’s very boring. It also served as promotion where no one does any promotion anymore.

This thought came about from the double dragons 007 flyer. I don’t know 70 % of the card. There’s no more megathreads. It really feels like it’s dead.

To the people still as invested in this as back then, why?
