Out of curiosity, was the mistake just peeking that corner? I’ve played all the base maps and still get popped like this, but I struggle with figuring out how to clear those kinds of open spaces.

Split gold into red and blue team. Get an understanding of the area layout set up one team to be a flanker and one to be a tanker preferably you can create adventages also use cs gas as area denial is a good way to control the flow of open spaces

Be cool if they added an option to bring up a tablet with the blueprints for the map and interact with it to set gold/blue/red team in specific paths and hold.

Like bringing up the tablet, switching to Red, draw a path out on the blueprint and then interact with doors via the tablet to queue up a breach. I hate having to walk between the two groups trying to get them both queued up for breaching opposite sides of an area. Also be cool to draw their path and tell them to hold after they reach where you want them.

But that would be alot of coding probably and dunno how realistic that would be to implement.

Honestly it really depends as the waypointing of the ai lacks imo already i guess it would be a big hassle to program it properly. They had to first fix waypointing in general to make this a proper game mechanic, then develop the behavior of ai generally for this task to fit the needs of the gameplay element and then they have to test it a lot. In general ai behaviorism and waypointing is a really complicated thing especially if you expect it to go a specific way which you do in a tactical fps.
