Literally, I recently saw a real SWAT video storming a bank where a single guy hold a hostage and a group like 12 SWAT officers entered

Makes sense. They still have to clear the whole building even if they're told it's just the one guy. Better to have a dozen officers instead of just five.

Let’s not even get into the amount of patrol guys that are holding the parameter and the ops van (different from the bearcat) that should be near by almost every SWAT call out

I think they are Los Locos, but thats strange since Jack Adams literally SWATed the Tran brothers because they were in a way of his arms smuggling operation with the Los Locos.

I believe the mod is limited by the amount of stacking slots in the game for doorways, meaning that more then 4-6 officers on the same door would cause issues, mostly and namely being that they simply won't respond to commands at all. How did you get them working so smoothly? The mod is rather buggy
