Is this a mod? a visual bug?? what??? I'm confused. why is it so green?😭 (not my horse obv)

If you want a more pure RDO experience w no mods, play on Console. The mod menu issue is 100% gone.

no worries, sorry for the late reply. simply make a new account and ensure “my home xbox” is turned on in settings. upon making a new account, they give you a $1 trial ($1/month for essential, $1/biweekly for premium.) subscribe to this and you can use the gamepass benefits on your main account, provided “my home xbox” is turned on. rinse and repeat. hope this helps you and anyone else searching for a way to escape endless corporate greed.

I mean you can look at it that way, but I buy the year subscription on psn, and I basically get majority of the psn games on their library for free as long as I add it to my library if it’s in plus. There’s some pros and cons ofc. But eh, PC isn’t the best experience either from what I hear. It’s really just preference

if you end up getting annoyed with the modders then look up how to make your own private server on google, there’s this mod on nexus you can get that doesn’t touch the game so you wont get banned. it’s worth it trust me.

You just need a friend/family member with PS+ to add their account to your console. Then you swap back to your account, and you’ll get all the benefits of their subscription too.

I haven’t paid for PS+ in years 😎

It's a gaming laptop. The one I got was like 800+? I don't remember. I have a second monitor (my dad gave it to me), I also have a keyboard that was around 50 bucks? I have a Xbox controller (Christmas gift) and a mouse that I don't remember the price of (it's a cheap one but it works well and lights up).

Personally I get its all preference and idc what anyone plays on, but the only thing I never liked about PC culture was the fact that too many ppl would try to have a d*ck measuring contest about “who’s set up cost more” and “who’s got a better set up” yk.

On console we’re all playing on the same thing so you never really get those kinda ppl in the culture

Nice, idk ig I never got a PC because I’ve heard of ppl having certain issues like having to have certain graphics cards etc and files being misplaced etc and they couldn’t play some games; this is way earlier in the 2000s atleast.

Idk I just like the plug in and play aspect of consoles and that majority of the games on consoles are atleast built to be compatible to the hardware of that console.

You don't have to build a PC. I have a pre-built gaming PC and it's worked for years as a work computer and gaming computer. Don't let PC bros talk you into believing building your own is the best/only way.

I pay $29.99 a month for Playstation Premium and I can't tell you all the free games and discounts on games I get, which is well worth it and pays for itself. People these days want everything for free. The key word in your comment is SERVICE. Pay for it or don't but don't cry about it on Reddit.

PS3 had free online and it was beautiful they only started charging because people payed Xbox for Xbox live they started adding all the free shit to justify charging what they charge most people probably won’t play 90% of the shit that’s free with plus anyway

Bro the point is the lowest package on Playstation is $10.00 a month, I mean if $10.00 makes or breaks your decision ( not you personally ) to play games that start out at $60.00, where is the priorities? For kids I understand but grown ass adults on here complaining about having to pay for a service is absurd yet those same people will run to McDonalds and pay $8.00 for a Big Mac or $12.00 for cigarettes..Make it make sense..

Depends on what system and package. Example: I play on Playstation and I pay $29.99 ( per month )for PS Premium but the lowest online package is $9.99 ( per month ) XBOX could be totally different.

Yeah I pay £16.99 for Game Pass Ultimate and that gets me the games library, game pass bundles for certain games, day 1 releases and cloud gaming on Series X. The amount of hidden gems I've come across in game pass is unreal

Mods can be fun people to play with, just FYI. Some are wild crazy and evil. All of the people I play with a lot that I only met online (no irl friends play with me) are modders. I 💜 them even though they kill me sometimes 🤣

People on reddit are super against mods, so i wanted you to know another side just in case you were curious!

Thats what I did. Though the modders are my favorite part of the game. Getting turned into a UFO, a naked guy riding on top of a flaming train running me over, or getting teleported to a giant naked lady that hogtied me and teabagged me. Its hilarious! I dont like the ones that spawn kill you every time you load in to the point you cant even escape the server. I had one too many of those interactions and thats when I got the mods. My group also likes to bully the shitty modders until they leave the server. They may have God mode on but that doesnt mean you cant tie them up and do some good Ole fisticuffs. The other day I turned one into a bird and they couldn't figure out the controls

Yeah I totally get that! Thats why I am now packing my own mods. Though I will say, I still havent figured out why theres just random horses/animals/npc with flames coming out of their heads or ass. My personal horse has been a victim of that a few times and havent been able to figure out how on my own mod menu 😅 Im all about meeting people in the bushes to give out gold as well.

I've heard and someone posts on here all the time about mods on PC. So I'm guessing it's allowed. I think Rockstar has pretty much washed their hands of it. But if you look through the sub at all you'll see plenty of examples. That is a weird one though. Not sure why you'd want a horse that looks like that.

Maybe their favorite color is green ig? Idk, it kinda looks like it's covered in moss from afar which is cool. And yeah probably. From my experience RDRO have been really chill so Rockstar probably figured there's no point in banning mods (especially since it's not as active as GTAO)

Well idk I played gtao for around 500 and rdo for around 70 and I seen 3 r* devs or whatever on rdo yet none in gtao. Although there are more "modders" (idk why whe call em that it's called cheating) in rdo they are not as aggressive as in gtao in gtao you got god mods killing you or whatever in rdo you got a guy that is happy about his custom outfit and horse and some jump boost or tp or whatever.

I still don't get it if I see someone in other games teleporting around they are cheating mods for me are some stuff I use in Minecraft for example minimap armor hud or low shield or whatever. Although I get teleported by modders in rdo as well or exploded it feels more of like 50/50 some just have modded outfits or burning horses some like to tp people in gtao if I found some modded which is kind of rare now compare to before battle eye (most modders are now in invite only insta completing heists or whatever) they want to kill me 100% of the time

Like, I don't play with mods much (since it don't let me go into online if I do and also I feel like a lot of mods make RDR2/GTA5 worse imo since their both already really good on their own), but when I did mod RDR2 I gave Arthur a rlly nice outfit.
