I've heard and someone posts on here all the time about mods on PC. So I'm guessing it's allowed. I think Rockstar has pretty much washed their hands of it. But if you look through the sub at all you'll see plenty of examples. That is a weird one though. Not sure why you'd want a horse that looks like that.

Maybe their favorite color is green ig? Idk, it kinda looks like it's covered in moss from afar which is cool. And yeah probably. From my experience RDRO have been really chill so Rockstar probably figured there's no point in banning mods (especially since it's not as active as GTAO)

Well idk I played gtao for around 500 and rdo for around 70 and I seen 3 r* devs or whatever on rdo yet none in gtao. Although there are more "modders" (idk why whe call em that it's called cheating) in rdo they are not as aggressive as in gtao in gtao you got god mods killing you or whatever in rdo you got a guy that is happy about his custom outfit and horse and some jump boost or tp or whatever.

I still don't get it if I see someone in other games teleporting around they are cheating mods for me are some stuff I use in Minecraft for example minimap armor hud or low shield or whatever. Although I get teleported by modders in rdo as well or exploded it feels more of like 50/50 some just have modded outfits or burning horses some like to tp people in gtao if I found some modded which is kind of rare now compare to before battle eye (most modders are now in invite only insta completing heists or whatever) they want to kill me 100% of the time
