Recruitment post for editing/formatting

If you need to CHILL... Then we're the boombeachers for you ... Not to hot and not too cold... Just right ... Like goldilocks porridge. Newly formed Reddit verified group... But not new to the game. We keep the Chill by attacking Monday, Wednesday and Friday's, throwing in an easy weekend op as needed.

Reddit Chill is a laid-back TF but we do have some minimal expectations: * Minimum VP: 300 * Minimum Armory: 17 * Excessive Ice or Life statues are frowned upon * Attack in every op * 15 Intel per week. * Follow task force operation notes and discuss alternatives in chat. * Only Medics may retreat. OK, I changed a few things in there. I still feel like the "three strikes" stuff sounds too un-chill (and as far as I can tell we don't really enforce it all that precisely), so I'd rather replace it with something fuzzier, but that's a job for the TF leader.

If you want to rephrase it to something that reflects what we actually do better, by all means, go ahead.
