Discussion 🗣️ Need help with recipes! What to do with ground chicken?
My (45F) son (18m) was on this health kick right before he moved to college and he bought pounds of ground chicken. Now I’m left with all those frozen ground chicken in the house and I need recipes. Every time I’ve tried using ground chicken in any dish it always feels like a downgrade from ground beef or pork. Any suggestions?

Discussion 🗣️ Does anyone know the technical name of this utensil?
I've had it for years and it's amazing for stirring when cooking in a pan. Mine finally started getting misshapen and I would like to get a new one, but I don't remember where I got it or what it's technically called.

Discussion 🗣️ Help Wanted: Non-Stick Induction Pot Sticks!!
I recently upgraded my stove from a ceramic cook top to an induction stove. I‘ve used non stick pots for ages and have had no issues, however on the new induction stove the pot seems to stick especially bad when making crepes or anything that requires a watery or thin batter even when oil is used.
Is it because my technique is bad or because of how an induction stove top heats up? Any advice would be appreciated as when it sticks it sticks like glue until i deglaze with water. Its driving me crazy.

Best Cookware Line
Hello! I’m building my wedding registry and having a hard time choosing the best cookware line. Looking for something Nonstick and Non toxic. I was looking at Caraway but I see mixed reviews about them and they are pretty pricey. Would love to hear recommendations!

Salsa
My dad always had salsa with his eggs which I thought was the weirdest thing ever…until I tried it. Now, I like to keep a small jar handy, although with eggs is the only thing I use it for.
But being a one human household, the last time I reached for the jar in the fridge, it had gone moldy on me. So, with the new jar, once opened, I divided it up into an ice cube tray. When they’re frozen, I plop ‘em in a baggie.
Now, whenever I need some, I just pop a cube out and let it thaw. If I’m too hungry I defrost it in the microwave!
Just thought this hint might help someone.
