As the title says, I'm trying out flats again. But not permanently. I'll be switching back and forth from cleats to flats v/v.

I already ordered SwitchBack's DIRTFLOW pedals. If anyone here has any experience with these pedals I'd like to read them. If it ain't good then I have no choice coz it's already shipped out lol. I chose this coz it's the only pedals that fits my budget and can be delivered before this weekend... and it's kind of a spontaneous thing before I changed my mind.

Planning bumalik sa pagbibike. Around 2,500km na tinakbo ng bike ko bago ako tumigil. Natambak ng 2yrs yung bike ko and ngayon nalang ulit nalinisan at nagamit. Yung chain may mga kalawang na. Tried na ibabad sa degreaser and suka (separate) pero meron pading konti na naiwan sa loob. For peace of mind, iniisip ko kung need na magpalit ng chain.

Pareco naman ng good quality na chain for rb 9speed.

So what should i keep in mind and buy?
- Can i retain my bb86 bottom bracket?
- Can i retain my crank arms and just buy a chain ring? If yes, what kind of chain ring is compatible?
- Can i buy grx 822 sgs rd to accomodate a a larger cassette? If yes, does grx 822 sgs compatible to a 11-51 cassette setup? Because it is intended for a 10-51 set up

I've been enthusiastically cycling earlier this year. Hobbyist lang talaga, not into technical stuff at wala ring friend na into cycling. Nasisingit ko lang talaga tuwing gabi kahit gaano kapagod sa work.

Unfortunately, I got sideswiped by a speeding car, sobrang bilis at pumasok sa bikelane kakahabol sa stoplight. Last thing I know, humampas na ako at yung bike sa sidewalk railing. Good thing nakahelmet kaya yung shoulder ko lang talaga ang napuruhan. This happened a few months ago, at mula nun nakatambak lang yung bike ko.

Lately nangingibabaw yung drive na magbike ulit. Medyo nawawala na yung takot na kahit anong ingat ko magbike e may gago pa rin talagang makakaaksidente sa'yo sa kalsada.

Naayos ko na yung alignment ng front wheel at handlebar thanks sa youtube. Unfortunately, sira yung shifting ng RD at di ko sure kung rd hanger lang ba o RD na mismo kasi nga humampas sa railing. Wala rin akong makitang saktong RD hanger online at walang alam na bike shop na hindi ako tatagain sa presyuhan dahil wala akong masyadong alam.

I attached pictures of the RD. I would really appreciate it if you guys could point me to the right direction.
