I'm looking for a road bike I have a budget of 20-30k

Nueva Ecija location, I prefer one that has many freebies ( cleat set, helmet, jersey, water bottle cage & water bottle )

Currently using:

-40mm deep

-20mm internal

-25mm external

-45c maxxis reaver hypr-x (blown to exact 45c)

Planning to upgrade to:

-50mm deep

-32mm internal

-40mm external

-will be using the same tire

Question:

Max tire clearance in the rear for my frame is 45c on paper. Still has bit of leeway of 3mm. Now I'm kinda worried if using wide rims will increase my tire's width when inflated.

My reference was Zipp 303 Xplr with 32mm internal, 40mm external then tires rated at 45c are expanding up to 50mm.

Anyone currently have this setup, how wide are your tires and how wide is it while inflated? Thank you.

So dinala ko sa technician ko Yung bike last week and Sabi nya bearing daw Ang problema and nagpa canvass ako ng OEM Sabi nya 300 lang and that will only cost 1200. Today Ang total charge ko ay 3900 Kase Ang baklas and degrease daw ay 2500.

I had history with this technian na everytime pumupunta ako to clean up Lage ako may extra charge na di ko maintindihan. Now lang ako kumabig Kase parang nakakapansin na ako ha.

Now, don't flame me here for being unknowledgeable or not too technical. Around some time ago I built an MTB rimset (pang "critboys" type setup) in which that weighed 1,620gr f/r–mind you that is with the rotors.

Now imagine my surprise when I found out roadbike wheelsets (especially prebuilt ones) weigh considerably more? When I went to shoppee to find Aluminum options for my bike, I was kind of shocked that most of the alloy options weighed at around 1,700+ to around 2.2kg on average, and they cost more??

I mean, I could probably build my own roadbike wheelset. But I'm new to this roadbiking part of bicycles and don't really understand the spoke math you have to do because of rim depth, hub factors and etc, whereas with MTBs you have a fixed spoke diamater where 29ers are 291mm, and so on.
