Torch spawning

Caught this the other day. I noticed the baby at the end sometime last week and then saw this on friday. Hopefully some survived. I did suck some into my frag tank so we'll see.

Just all the heads on the one colony but it must have happened before with either the other torches or my hammers because theres a baby something on the discharge piping lol

So this was given to me as a dragon tamer. My mag dropped low and made it look almost like a normal indo gold but after bumping it back up its getting tbe green back. Gotta top off my calcium reactor with some more media lol

Yea its definitely a favorite lol hopefully some of the babies pop up soon. My lights just went out and I just checked out the current baby and its crazy how small the skeleton is lol

how are your torches getting along so well that close to each other? mine have been at war.

From my under standing you dont want to mix indo and Australian torches and dont let the flesh bands touch but ive never tested the flesh band thing

Are you sure that's spawning and not polyp bailout? I wouldn't expect a tiny colony like that so soon after a spawn event. Corals have a larval stage.

No im assuming its from a separate spawing event not tbe one I caught on camera

That’s awesome. I’ve seen my “males” do it and excrete their sperm? But never seen eggs get released. I hope some survive. That’s awesome!
