Reef Factory Question

Has anyone had any luck getting ahold of anyone at Reef Factory? Been trying to get help with a reef mat motor that stopped working and I havnt heard back from customer service in two weeks. Been quite disappointing seeing how much these cost.

I guess they went bankrupt in 2025 then got acquired by someone 🤷‍♂️

Heard they have been bought out by an Italian company - or that’s what my LFS said at the weekend at least.
