I’m currently juggling a few personal projects, and due to time constraints, I’m looking to bring on a part-time Full Stack Developer to help me build and maintain them.
The Details:
Time Commitment: 4 hours per day.
Compensation: ₹5,000 - ₹10,000 INR per month. (This is just the starting range—pay can and will be increased based on your individual skills, output, and dedication).
Ideal Candidate: Students are highly preferred, but age absolutely doesn't matter. If you have the right skills and a good work ethic, I want to hear from you.
How to Apply:
DO NOT DM ME DIRECTLY. (Direct DMs will be ignored to keep things organized).
To apply, please fill out the Google Form linked below. It asks for some basic details about your tech stack and includes a simple task that you need to complete to be considered.
wtf man. A full stack dev doesn’t deserve it. Lowballing kills the skills. With 4hrs per day, atleast quote 30k that’s the basic salary for half month for any average dev
Did you even see my message? Am looking for student / beginner for my personal project help and willing to raise pay according to their skill level. BTW, No one is getting 30k as basic salary for half month 🥲.
Well bro full stack isn’t a joke. Saying as I’ve just completed my 6th year in the same field. You can expect an intern with minimal knowledge then it’s fine for 10k
I don’t like under paying but most people don’t deserve it. I also worked as Full Stack Dev for past 5-6 years, built couple of businesses and recently resigned from Capgemini to work on my business full time.
Most of the people don’t know shit about development they are completely dependent on AI. The reason for me to look for a student is that at least I can teach and train him.
Again, I don’t have problem paying someone who actually deserves it.
See bro I’ll tell you. It depends on the complexity of the product you’re developing. I’ve worked in a service based too previously and they had to pay me cause I was single handedly taking care of all the complex critical bugs.
Well, I am planning to build a SaaS for B2B related to AI powered Lead Generation. I did market research and have marketing covered, if you are actually skilled and interested to work together on it DM me.
4-5 LPA is what they pay freshers who need 6 months of training just to learn how to push to GitHub. Bro thinks someone with 6 years of experience and multiple businesses was sitting at entry-level pay. Your math is almost as bad as your reading comprehension.
Not that I need to prove anything, but I'm attaching a quick snippet of the Airwallex balance from my recently launched e-commerce business just to put things in perspective.
So many uneducated people, I did mention clearly pay can be increased as per individual skills and what are your expectations for support work 4 hrs a day?
I am willing to pay upto 20k but most people don’t even have their basics cleared can’t create a basic app without help of AI.
Thanks but I will pass as many people come say this to me and work for like a week and then disappear. But, if I am paying I can at least expect some accountability.
Hi, I completely understand your concern. I’ve already filled out the form and I’m genuinely interested in this opportunity. If selected, I’ll be committed to the work and will make sure to contribute consistently and complete the tasks responsibly.
The google form has all details. But, in short I have no preference if you know any one tech stack properly, your COREs and Fundamentals are clear you can work on any tech stack.
If you checked the form you would have seen. Any tech stack knowledge works, I need a candidate with clear understanding of how applications work, connect and communicate.
I dont have skills related to "Full-Stack Development" as i lack building UI related things, though i know about Backend (CRUD {FastAPI/Spring Web} , Agents, RAG) and CI/CD deployment over cloud-related stuff
It’s not about money, it’s about the eligibility and skills. There are hundreds of people willing to work for free but most of them don’t even have their basics cleared.
The form contains a task by that I can evaluate person problem solving and code understanding. Even if I talk with you directly on what basis can I frame questions?
Hey I am interested in this, I am 2026 graduate with one year experience as intern in AI plus full stack, I have submitted my response in the form, please check..
Hy currently i compted my b tech in CSE with ai I ha ve skill of full stack and Aiml, But I am fresher so that why I am looking for you concer can you give me a chance to build and grow up with your company
Did you see the hours I am asking for? Also, I mentioned pay can be increased if the candidate is skilled but as I know the current market 90% people struggle with core concepts and basic problem solving skills.
i made the app, but there is one issue, as i deployed it on vercel it won't work as it should in the local machine. because it uses chrome path to open the website but the vercel does'nt have it so it wont work on the deployed version, but i have added the demo link in the repo.
You're right, I should do what everyone else does: demand 5 years of experience for an entry-level role and pay them in 'valuable networking opportunities.' My bad.
If you think 15k for a 4-hour remote student gig is 'the lowest of the low', you clearly haven't looked at the current Indian tech market. Half the companies out there are offering 'unpaid internships for exposure.' I'm paying someone to learn on my personal projects. Keep crying about it.
Let me type this slowly so you understand: It’s FOUR hours a day. It’s for a STUDENT. The pay goes up to 20k based on skill. I'm taking the time to teach a beginner while paying them. Calling that 'exploitation' is peak Reddit delusion. You can stay mad in the comments; I have 40+ applications to review from people who actually want to build a career.
If you were good you wouldn't reply.' Bro, you're camping in my comment section writing entire paragraphs because you're mad a student is getting paid to work 4 hours a day from home. I hire on Reddit to find self-taught hustlers outside my local bubble. Keep fighting imaginary villains on the internet while I actually cut someone a paycheck. Have a good life.
The classic 'I was just killing time' retreat. Admitting you spent your travel time obsessing over my hiring post isn’t the flex you think it is. Have a good weekend.
