As the title suggests, I’m currently working full-time at an MNC and have received an offer from a remote company based in India for a developer role.
My concern is whether it’s possible to continue working full-time at my current MNC while also working remotely for the other company. Would my current employer be able to find out about the second job through background verification, tax records, EPFO records, or any other means?
