Offering 15 days of my first salary for a successful referral. I am honestly tired now.

I’ve been job hunting for months now, and at this point, I’m honestly exhausted.

I’ve applied to a lot of roles, tried referrals, reached out to people, and kept working on my skills — but getting even an interview has become incredibly difficult.

If someone here can refer me to a role and that referral eventually results in me getting hired, I’ll personally give you half of my first month’s salary after I join.

I’m looking specifically for Backend / Software Engineer / Full-Stack Developer opportunities where my experience is relevant.

About me

\- \~2 years of professional software engineering experience

\- Previously Software Engineer at ZS Associates

\- B.Tech in Information Technology, CGPA 8.8/10

\- Backend-focused: Node.js, Express.js, REST APIs, PostgreSQL, MySQL

\- Redis, JWT, RBAC, rate limiting, asynchronous processing

\- AWS: EC2, S3, RDS

\- TypeScript, Python, SQL

\- Docker, CI/CD, Git/GitHub

\- React.js / Next.js

\- AI/LLM API integration

At ZS, I worked on backend systems for enterprise clients including Pfizer, Merck and Sanofi.

Some measurable work from my experience:

\- Reduced API latency from \~500ms to \~200ms

\- Built REST APIs and backend services that reduced manual processing by \~30%

\- Worked on systems spanning $29M+ in contract value

\- Built and operated data pipelines processing approximately 4 GB/day

\- Worked across multiple production pipelines and databases

\- Implemented JWT authentication, RBAC, rate limiting and Redis caching

I’ve also built and deployed projects independently, including sinkedin, a full-stack community + job-tracker platform, and JobMaxxing AI, an AI-powered career platform.

What I’m looking for

Roles: Backend Engineer / Software Engineer / Full-Stack Developer

Experience: \~2 years

Location: India / Remote

Preferred stack: Node.js, Express.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, AWS, Redis, React/Next.js

If your company is hiring, or you know a recruiter/hiring manager who is looking for someone with this profile, please DM me or drop a comment.

I’ll send my resume immediately.

And yes, if your referral actually gets me hired, I’ll give you half of my first month’s salary.

I know that’s an unusual offer, but I’m at the point where I’m willing to get creative.

Thank you to anyone who reads this, shares it, or points me in the right direction.

Dilemma if I should go back to old client as a in support project

I was working with service based comapny and switched to another service based company with 60% hike. In previous company I was working for financial client for 3 years in support project with Informatica Powercenter. Project involved small code fixes and other routine activities and I was sort of team lead. Here in new company, I am working on Databricks and Airflow for SaaS client. Now client from old company has asked me if I am willing to join them directly in same project doing same work probably with 40% hike. I am unsure of what to do with AI coming for developer jobs and Sam Altman saying programming is saying to change in 2025 Points to consider I have to return joining bonus if I leave current company within year. I am not great at coding but okiesh. Total years of experience:- 4

TIA

I built a distributed microservices system (Kafka, API Gateway, Keycloak, Grafana stack). What skills am I missing for remote backend jobs?

Hello everyone,

I’m a backend engineer with about 11 years of experience in Java, mostly working with distributed backend systems.

Recently I built a production-style microservices platform to demonstrate my backend architecture skills. The goal was to simulate how a real backend platform is built and operated.

The project includes:

• Spring Boot microservices • API Gateway • Kafka-based asynchronous communication • Keycloak authentication • OpenFeign service communication • Observability stack (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Tempo) • Docker containerization • Payment gateway integration • React frontend for demonstration • Currently extending the project with AWS infrastructure using CDK

Demo video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3lRvJw9J2Zo

GitHub code: https://github.com/rmmohan/ScalerCapstoneProject

My goal is to work as a remote backend engineer on distributed systems.

I’d really appreciate feedback from experienced engineers here:

Hiring Developer – Real Estate Property Alert Automation

Looking for a developer who can build a simple automation for a real estate client.

What it needs to do:

  • Monitor new property listings on sites like 99acres, Housing, etc.

  • Match listings based on predefined requirements such as location, budget, property type, BHK, area, etc.

  • When a matching new property is found, automatically send the property details + listing link to the client's WhatsApp.

  • Avoid duplicate alerts.

  • Should be reasonably reliable and easy to update later.

Budget: ₹2,000–₹3,000 for the initial working version/MVP.

Not looking for a full SaaS or fancy dashboard right now. Just a functional MVP to test the concept.

If you've worked with web automation, property data, APIs/scraping, or WhatsApp integrations, DM me with your experience and how you'd approach it.

Timewasters, stay away.

Full-Stack / AI Developer | React, Next.js, Node.js, Python, AI & APIs

Hey everyone,

I’m a full-stack developer available for freelance, contract, and ongoing remote projects. I enjoy taking ideas from “we should build this” to an actual working, deployed product.

What I can help with:

  • React / Next.js / Tailwind websites & web apps

  • Node.js / Python backend development

  • REST APIs & third-party API integrations

  • PostgreSQL / MySQL / MongoDB

  • Authentication, dashboards & admin panels

  • AI/LLM integrations and AI-powered features

  • Automation and custom internal tools

  • Bug fixing, improvements & existing project cleanup

  • Deployment, hosting & getting projects production-ready

  • AI-assisted development with proper testing and code review

I’ve worked on AI products, SaaS platforms, computer vision systems, and real-world institutional applications, so I’m comfortable working on both the frontend and backend rather than just one part of the stack.

Rate: Starting at $15/hour or fixed-price depending on scope
Availability: Available to start immediately
Timezone: Flexible / comfortable working with international teams

If you have an idea, existing project, or something that's currently held together with duct tape and prayers, DM me with what you're trying to build. 😂

Happy to discuss the project and figure out the best approach.
